Orders are processed between 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number, for it to show any updates.

International shipping charges do not include duties and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

HSC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.

Referencing your order confirmation email, locate the tracking number. Next go to USPS.COM and locate the track package tab and enter your tracking number.

Please note you may see small delays as we hand pack and ship from Hawai’i.

If there is a specified free shipping amount, the total must exceed limit after discount, excludes taxes.

Domestic free shipping excludes Alaska.

All full priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt, as indicated on USPS online timestamp. We do not offer refunds. 

You may purchase a discounted return label through us or purchase your own. Please email info@hawaiiswimcollective.com with your inquiry. 

Hopefully this never happens! But if you accidentally receive an incorrect or faulty item please contact us at info@hawaiiswimcollective.com so that we can find a solution. Please include your name, order number, a photo and description of the issue in your email. We will respond within 24 hours and truly strive to make every order correct along with every customer satisfied.

All purchases made in our retail store cannot be returned by mail.

Purchases made on our website may be returned online or in store.

Contact us to initiate a return. We can provide you with the return label at a discounted rate via email or you may create your own label.

All refunds will be issued after we receive the product and an item inspection has occurred. We will email you once this has been completed.

We recommend hand washing in cold water then hung to dry in the shade to dry.

Do not put suits in the washer or dryer.

We recommend having your suit fit snug on your body to prevent gaping or slips!
